baskets made from pines needles
and day lilies. the pine needle baskets (R) range from 3 cm's to 12 cm's and are stitched with Raffia. the lily baskets are stitched with cotton thread and vary in size up to 30 cm'.

leptocodon verticillatus these forms are constructed with copper wire and a hand coloured polypropylene fibre called 'tyvek'. The range in size is from 20 to 40 cm's. small glass beads are added for decoration. They were exhibited as part of my 'memories' exhibition. these basket forms are constructed with a variety of mediums, from left; hand dyed sisal, paper rope and tyvek. Copper wire is the supporting structure average size is 50 cm's high. This work was part of my exhibition 'baskets to blooms' at Strathnairn Gallery

waxed paper and contain pressed flowers.

these small containers are made using felted wool they are are 5 to 6 cm's. in size.
